I am sure that I don't have to explain you how to BBQ, but here are some tips for a tiny bit more taste and joy:
Filet of beef, filet of pork and chicken wings become much more aromatic if you put them first on the BBQ until they have a nice crust but then place them with all the herbs and olive oil or herb butter on a piece of kitchen foil. If you top the whole thing with some more kitchen foil it soaks up all the nice flavors from the herbs and the meat stays super juicy.
If you feel like burgers from beef, filled with tasty cheese, mix the beef mince with salt and pepper and make one really thin burger, place the gruyère in the middle and top it with another really thin burger. Cut of the sides and make sure that they are pressed well together, otherwise it will leak and you tasty cheese will drip on the BBQ. Put your burger in a cling film and place it in the fridge until you need it!
For the oven veggies you only have to cut your veggies and the potato in really thin slices. First put the potatoes in the oven, then top them with olive oil, fleur de sel, black pepper and some garlic. After a while add your veggies and bake everything until its nice and crunchy.
For the potatoes from the oven plate, cut your new potatoes in half, splash some sprinkles of olive oil and fleur de sel on the oven plate and put your potatoes on the plate, add some olive oil over the potatoes, some salt, pepper and fresh herbs and let the oven do the work again.
The mushrooms from the BBQ are simply filled with self made herb butter and are super nice for dipping bread or potatoes.
